Rules and Important Information

Pricing: All sites are priced for 2 guests/1 vehicle (Riverfront $45/Night All other sites $35/Night). Additional guests of any age are $5.00 per guest per night and additional vehicles are $5.00 each per visit. All sites are primitive walk-in tent sites with only a potable water source at each site. There is a clean porta-potty for all restroom needs. We do not have showers available, there is no electricity or WiFi.
We have no RV sites or drive-up sites.
Check in: is 3:00-7:00 PM
**Please call if you are going to arrive after 7:00 PM so we can discuss late arrival procedures.

Check out: is noon, please call or text the night before your departure to schedule your check-out ride out.

Quiet time: is 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
You must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation and at least one person 18 years of age or older must be present during your stay.

Firewood: There is a stack of firewood (Approximately 4 feet tall by 6 feet long) available at your site. The pricing is $10.00 per 1/4 of your stack, so if you wish to burn the entire stack the fee would be $40.00. Call if you need additional firewood and it will be delivered.
**If you use a portion of a 1/4 you will be charged for that 1/4. Do not collect your own firewood.
NO firewood is allowed to be brought into Camp Attocoa.
***The Forest Service states that firewood should not be transported to avoid bringing in parasites that are not native to our area.

Do not cut, remove, prune or injure trees or plants on the property. Any violation of this rule could result in up to a $100 fine.
Campfires must be contained in the designated fire pits. Please do not burn trash in or move the fire pits. ALL fires should be supervised. Do not leave fires unattended, be sure fires are fully extinguished before leaving your site.
Trash
Please dispose of ALL trash in the provided receptacles. Please do not burn any trash, this leaves the fire pit with debris and the embers of paper trash can spark forest fires.
All trash should be contained in a bag to prevent litter blowing around or being scattered.
*Smokers, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. We are an environmentally friendly camp and tossing cigarette butts on the ground or in the fire pits is unacceptable.
ATV’s/Golf Carts and generators are prohibited, except solar generators.
Alcoholic Beverages:
Alcoholic beverages are permitted at your site only; public intoxication is not permitted on the property. Underage drinking is also not acceptable. Please keep all alcoholic beverages contained within your site.
General Rules:
Profanity, abusive language, and/or physical altercations are not permitted, please be respectful of others.
Do not disturb any creek bank, river bank or undisturbed area of forest. This includes chopping, breaking or damaging any trees or bushes on the property.
NO fireworks or explosives are permitted.

Children and adults play at their own risk. We request direct supervision of all children under 16.
Speed limit: 15 mph all gravel roads. Vehicles are NOT permitted beyond the parking area.
Pet Policies:
Please have vaccination records available at check in.
Pets must be registered with us at check-in and all pets must be on a leash if outside of your site area.
Good pet etiquette should be observed at all times. Pick up immediately after your pet and dispose of the waste bag properly.
We care about the comfort of your pet. Please do not leave your pet(s) unattended at your site.
Inclement Weather: Our sites are located along creeks and rivers which do flood from time to time. If your site is affected by either flood water or flood damage we will make every attempt to relocate you to another site on the property. If we are unable to move or reschedule your stay due to flood waters you will receive a full refund.
Camp Attocoa and the owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries or acts of God. We work hard to ensure our property is a safe place and reserve the right to interpret our rules. Campers and visitors who are uncooperative or violate the rules may be asked to leave without warning or refund.
Cancellation Policy: We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine.
Refunds are only provided if your reservation must be cancelled due to flooding or other natural disaster requiring Camp Attocoa to close.
